Leur second album, Stanley Climbfall, confirmera le succès du groupe puisqu'il occupera la 7 e place du même classement en 2002 suivi par l'album éponyme Lifehouse en 2005 lui-même classé 10 e. En 2004, Sergio Andrade et Sean Woolstenhulme, quittent à leur tour le groupe et c'est alors Bryce Soderberg qui rejoint le groupe dans l'élaboration de leur troisième album. Radiateur novello - Chauffage et climatisation. En 2009, Ben Carey, guitariste sur les tournées, rejoint officiellement le groupe.
